Finally trying the viral cowboy butter sauce. And it’s a good one!   It’s like a more flavorful compound butter. I added some of my steak rub to the mix and it was fire.   Recipe: - 1 stick unsalted butter - 1 tbsp minced garlic - 1 small, diced shallot - 1 tbsp fresh parsley - 1 tbsp fresh chives - 1 tbsp my Steak seasoning - 1 tsp dry thyme - 1 tsp cayenne pepper - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce - 2 tbsp Dijon mustard   Combine all the ingredients in a skillet or sauce pan and simmer over low heat for a few minutes.
