Skip the steakhouse and grill your own porterhouse.   I picked it up from @wildforkfoods and seasoned it heavily with my Steak and AP rubs. It went on the @webergrills kettle, set for dual zone cooking and cruising at 300 degrees. Cook until it reaches 110 degrees internal then move it to the direct heat side and sear for 2 minutes per side.   For the horseradish sauce, combine the following: ¼ cup mayo ¼ cup sour cream 1 tbsp prepared horseradish 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 tsp Steak Seasoning Fresh chives   Plate up the steak, serve with the sauce and enjoy! #grillinwithdad #recipe #foodie #tasty #steak #mediumrare #porterhousesteak #grill #bbq
