Pork steaks should get more love than they do lol. It’s like your own mini pork shoulder.   Hit it with that @bearandburtons W sauce and season them with my AP Rub. These go on the @webergrills kettle setup for indirect cooking with @kingsford at cruising at around 250 degrees. 3 hours later put them in a foil pan, add your favorite bbq sauce, cover and cook until probe tender. About 2 hours or so.   They come out tender, sauce, sweet, smokey, just delicious!
