Grilled steaks with homemade fries. I really don’t need much more than that 😂    For the fries, cut up your potatoes and soak them in cold water for an hour or so. Remove them from the water and pat them dry.   I cooked these in bacon fat from @baconupbacongrease in a cast iron skillet on my @webergrills kettle. Preheat it to 350 degrees, drop in the potatoes and fry them until they are golden brown. Took about 10-13 minutes. Remove from the skillet, drain and immediately hit them with salt, parsley and some freshly grated parm.   For the steaks, I had a couple of choice NY Strips. Season with my Steak seasoning and they hit the grill over direct heat.   When done, slice them up, plate with the fries and enjoy! #grillinwithdad #steak #potatoes #bbq #easydinner #tasty #eeeeats #nomnom #steakandpotatoes
