Homemade, smoked bbq turkey legs. So much better than at the fair 😂  I like to brine these and cook them at 275 degrees to give that skin a nice bite through texture. I brushed them with a bbq sauce and butter mixture at the end and they were delicious 🤤  Juicy, tender, smokey and delicious.
