I love outside skirt steak. Beefy, juicy and perfect for marinades.  Went with soy sauce, olive oil, crushed red pepper, brown sugar, garlic and lime juice. Quick marinade then grilled hot and fast to 125-130 internal. About 2-3 minutes per side.  Super easy and delicious 🤤  #grillinwithdad #skirtsteak #easyrecipes #steal #dinnerideas #foodie
