## Caption

Let’s make some delicious patty melts. Start by preheating the griddle to medium high heat, add olive oil and one sliced onion. For the beef, I’m using 80/20 ground chuck, portioned into 1/4 pound balls. When the onions are tender, add the beef, smash it down on the griddle and season with your favorite bbq  rub. Flip after 2 minutes, add 1 slice of American cheese and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Add a bit of mayo to your bread and toast until golden brown. Assemble the patty melts with our burger sauce ( ketchup, mayo, red wine vinegar, worchestire and bbq seasoning) and serve! These are super easy to make and they come out delicious.
