Let’s make some delicious patty melts on the @Weber Grills 28” griddle! I’ve been using this griddle for the past few months and absolutely love it. Super easy to use and fast to heat up. Start by preheating the griddle to medium high heat, add olive oil and one sliced onion. For the beef, I’m using 80/20 ground chuck, portioned into 1/4 pound balls. When the onions are tender, add the beef, smash it down on the griddle and season with your favorite bbq  rub. Flip after 2 minutes, add 1 slice of American cheese and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Add a bit of mayo to your bread and toast until golden brown. Assemble the patty melts with our burger sauce ( ketchup, mayo, red wine vinegar, worchestire and bbq seasoning) and serve! These are super easy to make and they come out delicious.
