BBQ Juicy Lucy burgers with a tasty @sparklingice Black Raspberry bbq sauce are perfect for your 4th of July BBQ!   Using 80/20 ground beef, shape your patties and add 1-2 slices of American cheese in the center. Make sure to seal the edges and put them in your fridge for 20-30 minutes. I like to grill these over high heat first and then finish them over indirect heat.   For the sauce: ¼ cup @sparklingice Black Raspberry ¼ cup brown sugar ¼ cup ketchup 2 tbsp hot sauce 2 tbsp worchestire sauce 1 tbsp bbq seasoning   Simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes and pour over your burgers at the end.
