THE QUEEN BEE 🐝 
• 2 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
• ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• ½ oz Honey Syrup
• 1 tsp Apricot Jam
• Apricot Slice, to garnish

METHOD: Shake ingredients with lots of ice, and double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with an apricot slice. Enjoy!
