## Caption

Sweet, salty ice cream with a boozy kick.🥃

Ingredients:
- 1 & 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 & 1/2 cup milk
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- pinch of salt
- dash of vanilla extract
- 2 oz. whisky
- 3/4 oz. amaretto
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- maple syrup and candied walnuts for topping

Steps:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and bring to medium heat while whisking
2. Once mixture is gently heated and well combined, pour into a dish
3. Cover with saran wrap and freeze overnight
4. Remove from the freezer and garnish with maple syrup and candied walnuts
5. Serve and enjoy!
