🌮 MOSS ROCK TACOS CLOSING: After 7 years serving up tacos, tequila + good vibes in Hoover’s Preserve Neighborhood, mossrocktacos will officially close its doors on August 31. Even though one door is closing, don’t worry — something exciting is coming to take its place. 👀👇

🍨 But don’t worry— this isn’t goodbye, it’s a new beginning! The Tomburellos are already working on a new concept to take over the same spot on Preserve Parkway! 

Coming October 2025, the space will reopen as vecchiagelatocafe, a charming Italian café serving:
☕️ Bold espresso
🥐 Fresh-baked pastries 
🍹 Sparkling spritzes
🍨 Gelato
🍕 Italian street food 

🇮🇹 The idea was born from the couple’s travels through Italy, where they fell in love with the flavors, energy + café culture.
