Influencer and rapper Rolling Ray has d*ed aged 28, his mother confirmed on Wednesday 3 September.

The social media star, whose real name was Raymond Harper, passed away days before his birthday as his mum took to Facebook to pay tribute to him and thank friends and family for their support.

In a post shared with friends and family, his mum Shazola Nay said: "It is with a heavy heavy heart that I let you know that my son Ray Ray (Iamrollingray) has gone home to be with the Lord. I thank everyone who has called or texted; this is going to be a long road.

"Please pray for us as we push forward and lay him to rest"

The rapper also appear on reality TV shows including MTV’s *Catfish: Trolls*, *Divorce Court*, and Zeus Network’s *Bobby I Love You, Purrr.*
