What a week. 🏃🏐🏈🚁🎥🎤 In the past 7 days I…

• Ran my quarterly half marathon 🏅

• Worked the avcavolleyball First Serve Showcase at pinnaclebankarena for ntvnews, covering everything huskervb ! Speaking sports on tv pre to post match + the shooting of the matches, pressers, and social clips throughout 

• Droned the red carpet arrivals of the teams for #avcafirstserve ! 🎬 shout out to my friend and mentor gadgetnegron from Orlando who was here with AVCA and asked me to drone for them! Good to catch up :)

• Visited the lincolnchildrensmuseum and spoke with their CMO to lock in their sponsorship for my podcast and Roaming with Randy + share their game day play dates for the 2025 Husker football season 🙌

• After the grind of sportscasting school + 4 internships, I’ve focused on getting back to a better life balance. I neglected my love of music and playing sports to focus on the grind to get the first job.  Going to concerts again and getting back to some competitive fun has been a great way for me to make friends in my new home and enjoy life outside of sports! Picking up reading in 2025 has been huge too!

It’s starting to feel like the dream I envisioned for decades is a reality 🥲

The spring and summer was fun to get my bearings down as a sports reporter day to day while integrating myself into my new community.
