#Bittersweet to say Friday is my #lastday with @cisco 

This note from one of the people I manage @alexsbarrett epitomizes how I try to lead. Literally cried from joy receiving it. 

My goal with everything I do is how can I leave a positive impact?

I left college as a wide-eyed young adult trying to find my way in this world. I leave Cisco 6 years later as a seasoned veteran who has made a lasting impact.

I always have wanted to be a #peopleleader because I love enabling people's success.

For me, the #lastingimpact of a #goodleader is changing people's lives by helping them accomplish their #careeraspirations.

Under my 5+ years of #leadership, 30+ individuals from my #SDR/ #Sales teams globally have received promotions to higher sales teams or different parts of the business.

Since I announced I was leaving, the outpouring of people saying that they wouldn't be where they are today without my help is the most gratifying & satisfying thing of all. <3 

To all my current & former Cisco team members, leadership, peers, & more, thanks for our partnership, strategy, & collab! 

To our fantastic Cisco Partners, Clients & everyone I have met, it's been a pleasure working together!

And of course everyone who has benefited from Cisco’s network, glad you could be apart of it :)

Excited for my next chapter! I’ll announce it soon. But today is about gratitude and enjoying the final days of #endofanera
