@Leanne Morgan loves it and after one bite, y’all will too.🤭 Ingredients - Baking spray with flour - 1 medium (3/4 oz.) jalapeño, thinly sliced (1/4 cup) - 2 Tbsp. chopped pickled jalapenos - 1 tsp. onion powder - 3/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves - 1 1/4 cups (10 oz.) unsalted butter, melted, divided - 2 tsp. granulated garlic, divided - 8 oz. shredded pepper Jack cheese (about 2 cups) - 2 (16.3-oz.) cans refrigerated biscuits - 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley - 1/4 tsp. kosher salt Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Generously coat a 12-cup fluted Bundt pan with baking spray. Gather all ingredients. 2. Place sliced jalapeños in a single layer at the bottom of prepared pan. 3. Whisk together pickled jalapeños, onion powder, thyme, 3/4 cup of the melted butter, and 1 teaspoon of the granulated garlic in a medium bowl until combined. Place cheese in a shallow bowl. 4. Separate biscuits and cut each into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball. Working with 1 dough ball at a time, dip half of the dough balls (32 balls) in butter mixture, then lightly roll in cheese, pressing to adhere just a few strands; place in prepared pan in an even layer. 5. Sprinkle dough balls in pan with 1/4 cup of the cheese from bowl and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of the butter mixture. Repeat rolling and dipping with remaining dough balls, butter mixture, and cheese, arranging evenly in pan. Top dough with any remaining cheese and butter mixture. 6. Place pan on a rimmed baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown on top and dough is cooked through, 35 to 40 minutes. 7. Meanwhile, cook remaining 1/2 cup butter in a small saucepan over medium, stirring often, until butter starts to brown and is nutty, 4 to 5 minutes. Transfer browned butter to a small bowl; stir in remaining 1 teaspoon granulated garlic. Let cool 5 minutes. Stir in parsley and salt. 8. Remove bread from oven and let cool in pan on a wire rack 5 minutes; invert onto a plate, lightly tapping pan to help loosen if needed. (If any pieces stick to pan, simply loosen and put back into place on bread.) Serve immediately with garlic brown butter. #monkeybread #jalapenocheesebread #leanne #southernfoodtiktok
