For more than 55 years, Marceil has been dedicated to empowering youth through tennis. As founder of Tennis Outreach Programs (TOPs), she has built a year-round home for inclusive tennis, adaptive programs, and character development rooted in SPIRIT: Sportsmanship, Perseverance, Integrity, Respect, Inspiration, and Teamwork. Award funding would expand scholarships, adaptive tennis programs, and mentorship opportunities—ensuring all kids, regardless of circumstance, have access to the lifelong lessons of sport.
