Onions caramelized in a yeti 14 over a live fire on a mill.scale yakitotori grill. Brats and millerlite added. Cooked on both sides until 165° internal. Brats removed from the pan and grilled directly to crisp the casing. Served with delicious schilosdeli mustard. 🔥
