El Real Madrid C. F. ha alcanzado un acuerdo con Trey Lyles, ala-pívot procedente de los Sacramento Kings, por el que el jugador queda vinculado al club durante la próxima temporada, hasta el 30 de junio de 2026.
Internacional con Canadá, selección con la que participó en los Juegos Olímpicos de París 2024, Lyles llega al Real Madrid tras acumular una amplia experiencia en la NBA, donde ha disputado un total de 662 partidos a lo largo de diez temporadas. En la liga norteamericana, Lyles ha jugado en Utah Jazz (2015-2017), Denver Nuggets (2017-2019), San Antonio Spurs (2019-2021), Detroit Pistons (2021-2022) y Sacramento Kings (2022-2025).
