The gothic winter season is coming, we can feel it in the air, and we’re beyond excited! It’s the perfect time to wrap yourself in a cosy blanket, sip something warm, and get lost in a story. Give us the dark castles cloaked in shadows, the whispers in candlelit halls, and the eerie forests where hunger lingers. We’re after just the right amount of that alluring thrill. 🥀

We’ve been slowly stocking up our shelves in preparation, and The Knight and the Moth by Rachel Gillig was an unforgettable read. Sybil was such a mesmerising heroine. Her loyalty and determination lit up every page, even when navigating impossible choices and shifting truths. And Rodrick? He’s the broody, mysterious knight of our dreams, protective yet gentle… oh, and did we mention he has piercings? (😉). And as for Bartholomew, our beloved gargoyle, there’s truly no replacing him. 🦇
