Most jelly recipes are finicky and time consuming, but our Hot Pepper Jelly recipe takes a shortcut. We use red jalapeño chiles and shredded apples, which contain natural pectin and helps the jelly set. The result was a great hot pepper flavor with a proper jelly texture, with a lot less fuss.
