“Before leaving on a recent ski trip, I decided to pack my favorite ground coffee and a box of filters so that I could make coffee in our rental house each morning before hitting the slopes. Naturally, the kitchen didn’t have a coffee maker. I was able to improvise a pour-over contraption by using a small funnel I found in one of the drawers.
