Snow Pea Stir Fry

You’ll Need
Fresh peas
Garlic
Sesame oil
Sesame seeds
Soy sauce
Noodles
Kimchi - optional
Barely boiled egg - optional

To Make
Get oil in wok (or deep pan) ripping hot, then drop in your peas and thick chopped garlic. While those cook, boil ramen noodles, but just a bit, you want to keep them firm. Scoop up your noodles and add them to the peas, adding soy sauce and sesame seeds. Serve with kimchi and a squishy egg.
