The drama between #PorshaWilliams and her ex-husband #SimonGuobadia is far from over! According to PEOPLE, the Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia denied Simon’s application for discretionary appeal on Tuesday, Sept. 9.

As we reported yesterday Porsha celebrated her freedom on Instagram writing: “It’s over!!!! Thank Goodness. Grateful.” However Simon isn’t backing down. He told PEOPLE: “We intend to continue pursuing this appeal, as we have not yet exhausted all legal remedies. I anticipate a resolution within approximately 12–24 months, depending on how far the opposition chooses to take the matter.”___________________________________
He added: “In addition, I have a federal defamation case that has yet to be heard, and we are now preparing for the discovery phase at the pace set by the federal court. I am a very patient man — patience has served me well for over 40 years in both my personal and professional life — and I am confident that I will ultimately prevail. Stay tuned.”
