## Caption

To make this restaurant favorite at home and maximize bacon flavor we wrap each breast with two slices of bacon. We then use a two-step cooking process, starting bacon-wrapped chicken breasts in a skillet and then transferring the skillet to the oven finish cooking the chicken gently.
