On the bright side, the nausea has really eased a bit of my anxiety about today’s ultrasound. 🤍 (not all of it though, because I was very symptomatic last time, and had been for much longer, and it made it that much more of a shock to lose the pregnancy) 

Still choosing to see these symptoms as reassuring today (and choosing gratitude for the distraction, because fighting to get through the morning to get to my IVF clinic means I can’t waste energy agonizing about what will happen there today)
