The nightmare becomes reality beginning Friday, August 29 at Universal Orlando Resort and Thursday, September 4 at Universal Studios Hollywood.

Inspired by the award-winning global video game phenomenon from Bethesda Game Studios, Fallout found new life as a critically acclaimed Prime Video series when it premiered in 2024. Set in the year 2296—two centuries after nuclear devastation wiped civilization from the earth—the story unfolds in The Wasteland, a desolate, violent world overrun with mutated creatures, while the last remnants of humanity seek safety in underground fallout shelters known as Vaults.

Inside this chilling haunted house, guests will step directly into unforgettable moments and characters from the series. The journey begins in the depths of Vault 33, where visitors follow vault-dweller Lucy MacLean as she narrowly survives a brutal massacre, only to uncover a sinister secret. From there, the path leads to the surface, a deadly realm crawling with Scavengers and Raiders—ruthless survivors who will stop at nothing to endure—as well as oversized mutated cockroaches known as RAD Roaches.

The terror continues through iconic settings like the eerie Super Duper Mart, where guests cross paths with The Ghoul, an ageless bounty hunter whose body has endured centuries of radiation. Along the way, fans will also encounter the young squire Maximus and his imposing T-60 power armor. With authentic detail and unrelenting fear lurking around every corner, this haunted house plunges guests into the horrors of The Wasteland, leaving them to wonder if escape is even possible.
