The @cookbookbookclub is back at it again, and with our #CookItinCastIron cookbook in hand, they’ve served up a batch of our Drop #Doughnuts. 
The excellent heat retention of cast iron makes it the ideal vessel for frying, since it can keep the oil nice and hot, so we naturally turned to our 12-inch cast iron skillet during recipe development.
