Everybody has a breaking point. “Too much” is a real thing. It’s the people that can push their limits when they get to that place that grow. There’s discomfort when you’re being tested, but you can’t turn back. You can’t give up. You aren’t born a champion. You grow to be one. There’s no mythical formula to success, but whoever won refused to quit.
