All about that #KhaoSoi life in #ChiangMai, Thailand ✨ a Northern-Thai dish is traditionally comprised of “a soup-like dish made with a mix of deep-fried crispy egg noodles and boiled egg noodles, pickled mustard greens, shallots, lime, ground chillies fried in oil, and meat in a curry-like sauce containing coconut milk — somewhat similar to that of yellow or massaman curry but thinner.” So basically heaven in a bowl. #PoppysKitchen in Old City, Chiang Mai had become our go-to for local dishes and we couldn’t get enough. The rest of our lunch in this meal consisted of fried egg rolls, fried avocado slices and Chang beer. #RookieChef
