On Monday I had the chance to experience Zen in The Den at Ford Field 🧘‍♀️✨ and it was nothing short of magical. This event was a part of the @DetroitLions launch week (presented by @Rocket) ahead of the home opener this Sunday. Imagine walking into the stadium where the @Detroit Lions play, but instead of cheering crowds, you’re greeted with calming music, soft lighting, and hundreds of people flowing through yoga poses right on the field. The energy was unreal — peaceful yet powerful. Practicing under the stadium lights with such a big community around me felt like the perfect balance of grounding + inspiring. The instructors guided us through a relaxing, intentional practice that was both beginner-friendly and rejuvenating. Events like this remind me why I love Detroit so much — we’re a city that knows how to bring people together in unique, meaningful ways 💙🦁 There are several other events happening this week, so if you have the chance check them out!
