My favorite snack, steak and chimichurri. The beef was prime tasajo from @kingsmeatandbbqsupplyco and I seasoned it with @biguncbbqrubs beef rub.  Grilled hot and fast over @kingsford on my @webergrills kettle. And I finished it off with a habanero chimi from @tfti.bbq cookbook.
