The Give it a Go Programme offers free, beginner friendly, inclusive activities, specifically designed for cambridgeuniversity students.
 
Whether you’re looking to stay active, unwind, or have fun, our diverse range of activities provides something for everyone!🤸‍♂️Get involved, stay fit, and connect with the Cambridge community in a welcoming and supportive environment. All Give it a Go sessions are instructor-led, which means there’s always a warm welcome and a helping hand if you need it!
 
Give it a Go is for all abilities; it’s a free programme of activities where no experience is needed. We believe there’s something for everyone from traditional sports you’ll be familiar with, through to more usual activities to try out! Never tried something before? Or not ‘sporty’? No problems, everyone is welcome! There are a series of sports and activities taking place during a weekly timetable that can be booked through the Camunisport app, these range from Padel and Pickleball to Dodgeball, social walking groups and indoor cricket!
 
It’s a great way to try something new in a judgement-free space. If you want to keep fit, meet new people, and have fun this is the programme for you, so come along to our sessions!
 
So many students tell us that Give it a Go is a great stress relief and a fun way to get moving and do something different, whilst others say they love how sociable all the sessions are and that it is nice to chat to people from a range of different colleges and subjects.
