1️⃣ The Belgian Waffles finally turned years of consistent performances into a medal. In the 4x400m mixed relay at the World Championships Athletics in Tokyo they stormed to 🥉 in a nail-biting final. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

2️⃣ World Cup gold on the rings for Glen Cuyle. With this medal and 5 more Belgian finals, Paris was the perfect test for the World Championships Gymnastics this October in Jakarta, 🇮🇩. 🤸‍♂️

3️⃣ Jolien Vermeylen confirmed her European gold in style. Just two weeks later she grabbed another top-6 at the World Triathlon Championship Series in Karlovy Vary, 🇨🇿. 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️

4️⃣ The Red Dragons opened their World Championship Volleyball in the Philippines with a bang. In a decisive clash for a spot in the round of 16, they swept Ukraine 3-0. 🏐
