True or false: there’s no such thing as taking too much care of yourself. 

I say true. Life is wild and the one thing I’ve gotten better at doing is putting my self care needs first. Some days it’s a workout first thing in the morning, other days it’s a 15 minute solo dance session to clear my mind. It’s also trips to the spa for a deep massage because let’s be honest my posture is so bad and I hold so much tension in my jawline and shoulders. And its even little luxuries like teeth whiteni
ng (which I did very recently) and laser hair removal, or anything else that makes my life easier in the long run.
