## Caption

After 25 years at Mount Snow, including 9 as a volunteer ambassador, Peter MacDonald has earned the highest recognition at Vail Resorts: the Epic Service Recognition Award. As our Mountain Host & Guest Services Manager, Peter leads with heart, intensity, and a deep commitment to the people around him.

Peter is known for being a steady mentor, a positive force for change, and a leader who always puts others first. His impact reaches far beyond Mount Snow, felt by teammates and guests across the region. He shows up every day focused on supporting guests, uplifting his team, and creating meaningful moments on the mountain.

To Peter, this honor is a reflection of simply doing his job with care, but to us, it’s a celebration of the exceptional service and leadership he’s delivered for decades. He treats the Mount Snow team like family and brings that same energy to every interaction, big or small.

From helping someone through a hard day to witnessing a child’s smile after their first great day on the hill—Peter embodies what Epic Service is all about.

Congratulations, Peter. This recognition is so well deserved.
