## Caption

Why did I start farming? I can never answer that question without a long story 😭  I wrote this poem called " Is That Too Much to ask?" That's explains my WHY. I just wanted them to have the kind of childhood you don’t have to heal from. One with fireflies, scraped knees, dirty hands and wild hearts. I built this farm to slow the world down—for them, and for me. I pray one day they say, “My mama gave me the world, and it smelled like sunshine and soil.”
