This is something I’ve been sitting on for months, but has truly helped me and honestly so many others 

Here’s the thing, I’ll never look at you and tell you how you feel is WRONG! Because you’re entitled to how you feel 

But there’s something to say about how our feelings are derived from what it is that we believe 

Someone once told me, I can’t argue with your feelings but I can challenge a belief 

What you believe in your heart truly overflows out of your life — so I’ve really thought through 9 beliefs that I think most of us go through and feel and I want to challenge them
