U.S. Treasury Secretary #ScottBessent said Monday that the U.S. and China have reached a framework for a TikTok deal, following a new round of trade talks in Madrid, Spain. 

Bessent noted the two sides had “very good discussions” and will meet again for trade negotiations in about a month at another location.
