#EmployeeSpotlight 📣We are excited to welcome Ms. Hamilton, the new principal of Echo Hills Elementary School, to the Bulldog family! With the school year now in full swing, we're thrilled for our students and families to get to know her better. 

Ms. Hamilton brings over 22 years of experience in education. She holds two master's degrees - in Literacy and Educational Administration - as well as a certification as a Dyslexia interventionist. Her impressive career has included roles as an intervention specialist, general education teacher, Title teacher, literacy coach, educational consultant for an ESC and State Support Team, and elementary principal. 

Why education? In her words, "Education is truly in my DNA - I grew up in a family of educators and always knew this was my calling. What drives me is the opportunity to shape young minds, lead teachers in collaborative roles, and work closely with our community to support student success. My passion has been further deepened by raising my own four children, each with unique learning needs. This experience as a parent has shaped both my personal understanding and professional approach, giving me greater empathy and insight into how we can meet every student where they are and help them thrive."

When she's not at school, Ms. Hamilton loves spending quality time with her family - they are always on the go supporting each other and having adventures! Whether it's cheering her children on at sporting events, sitting around a campfire, traveling and exploring new destinations, or simply enjoying good food together, the moments with her family fuel her passion for life and education.

🎉A fun fact about Ms. Hamilton is when she was younger, she appeared on 📺 Nickelodeon's Family Double Dare! (She swears it doesn't make it her famous, but we think it's pretty awesome.)
