In the 3rd Division of Italian Football you will find the Tuscan seaside club of livornocalcio unapologetically making noise like no other. 

As for myself (Falcon) this Club is a home to a large part of my Family. The Loyalist of Fans in this family finds themselves in a Livorno Jersey. 

You see, Livorno is a Football Club that has truly been on a rollercoaster. 19 years ago playing European Football, decorating the Cities of Belgrade & Glasgow with their distinct Amaranth. 12 years ago they were in Serie A. 3 years ago Serie D. Now Serie C. The names of Chiellini, Candreva & Lucarelli have worn this badge on their sleeve. 

This club however extends far beyond the Pitch. As all great football clubs do, they stand for & represent something much more. In a country that has had Extreme Far Right Ideologies with Football Clubs &  Leaders alike to represent them, you will find Livorno at the front of that resistance. The History is incredibly deep and I’d be doing an injustice to briefly summarise it. Just know, this Club does not waver or cater to their Values. They stand incredibly strong upon everything they believe in. 

A club like Livorno isn’t for everyone, but just know they are for you. They are for the People. 

Any Football Club that stands for the People is a Football Club that is worth paying attention to.
