One month ago, Karlina Tongotea 🇳🇿 claimed the Women’s Heavyweight🥇with a massive total of 620kg (WR) lift💪!

Later she reflected on this photo: “This moment was an expression of the intense pride I felt pulling for a win, with a number I’ve never touched, on an incredible stage, while hearing my family screaming from the crowd, willing me to bring it home. I want to hold onto this memory forever.” ✨🙌
