#Miami influencer #IsabellaLadera, who built an audience of more than 12 million followers, is taking her ex-boyfriend, Colombian singer #Beéle, to court after accusing him of leaking a private sex tape. According to her lawsuit filed in Miami-Dade County, the video existed only on their phones. Ladera says she deleted her copy but Beéle refused to delete his. After their breakup earlier this year, rumors began to circulate that explicit images of her were being shared, and on September 7 a video reportedly went viral. Ladera says the experience has devastated her both emotionally and professionally, while her family has also been dragged into the fallout. She is suing for invasion of privacy and sexual cyber harassment.⁠

Beéle’s legal team has denied the accusations, calling them false and damaging to his reputation. At this stage, there have been no arrests and no public record of a settlement. The lawsuit remains active.⁠

This is far from the first high-profile revenge porn case. Blac Chyna faced her own legal battle in 2017 when she accused Rob Kardashian of posting intimate images of her without consent during a heated breakup. That case was settled out of court in 2022, with terms never disclosed to the public.
