## Caption

While some people may say what women can’t do, Lexie Adzija is busy proving what she can do every single day. From the ice to the weight room, she’s pushing limits, putting in the work, and redefining what strength looks like.

Strong women in sports don’t just compete, they inspire, they break barriers, and they set the standard for what’s next. 💪🏒🔥

Keep going, Lex. The grind doesn’t lie.
