👧🥍 What is Practice & Play?
We collaborate with local PAL programs to bring their entire K1 & 2 teams into the league but players can also sign up individually and be placed on a team. Each week includes skill stations with our staff + PAL coaches, then real scrimmages with certified referees for the full game-day feel!
