Destiny, a veteran, was emotionally drained and without stable housing. She felt scared and alone, and then one day she found Goodwill’s Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program and reached out for help.⁠

With the help of her case manager, Destiny moved into a home of her own, returned to school full-time, and found a part-time job she loves. 🏡⁠

“When you’re in the military you believe you should leave help for the right people, but I learned I deserved the help just as much as everyone,” she shared.⁠

Today, Destiny feels free, independent, and filled with hope. 💙⁠
