It was an absolute honor to meet the newly elected International Olympic Committee President, Kirsty Coventry, OLY, in my home Colorado Springs! 🤩 President Coventry is a true champion, a 5-time Olympian and 7-time medalist in swimming for Zimbabwe. It's incredibly inspiring to see such a passionate and accomplished athlete now leading the future of Olympic sport. Her background as a student-athlete at Auburn also gives her a unique understanding of the athlete experience here in the U.S. Excited for what's to come under her leadership! 🙌
