Hey everyone! 👋
Just wanted to let you know why I've been a bit quiet on here lately. I took a little social media detox to focus on some things that are important to me. 😊
First up, family time! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Spending quality time with the people I love most was exactly what I needed. 
Next, I was able to help my 2024 Olympic team with their final push before Paris. It was both a humbling and an inspiring experience to be in a different role. 🇫🇷 Go Team USA! 🥇
Speaking of home, we're almost finished unpacking after our move! 📦 It's been a whirlwind, but I'm so excited to start this new chapter. 🎉
I'll be back to sharing more soon, but in the meantime, thanks for your understanding and I hope everyone is monitoring how much social media and sugar is in their diets. 😄
