Very meh heavy day- happens to the best of us

Snatches went 110x/114/117x/110 with 3 waves and 16 total sets. Often when it’s not going well the first time up I will go back down and work myself back up to regain a feel for the lift. 

Clean and jerks were a little better 143/147x/140/145/150 butttt the clark at 147 was just something else. I still had a fun weekend with the team thank usa_weightlifting for inviting us!
