Is this our living room, or the wrestling mat? ‍♀️ 

Lately, it feels like the gym is our second home! But hey, no pain, no gain, right?  Been putting in serious work on these wrestling moves, as you can see from these pics. (Swipe to see the struggle is real!)

It's a constant battle between pushing my limits and listening to my body, but the progress is definitely there. Feeling stronger, faster, and more focused than ever before.
